United States Focusing on Unidentified Aerial Threat!

June 15, 2021 | By

Currently there are several multilateral treaties adopted by the United Nations General Assembly which enables the orderly conduct of activities in outer space.

The Outer Space Treaty of 1967
Among the principles embodied in the Treaty are the freedom of exploration and use of space for the benefit and interest of all countries, the non-appropriation of outer space, including the Moon and other celestial bodies, and the prohibition of the deployment of nuclear weapons or other kinds of weapons of mass destruction in outer space.

The Rescue Agreement of 1968
This requires States to assist an astronaut in case of accident, distress, emergency or unintended landing.

The Liability Convention of 1972
This treaty establishes the standards of liability for damage caused by space objects.

The Registration Convention of 1975
This one requires States to register all objects launched into outer space with the United Nations.

The Moon Agreement of 1979
This treaty elaborates on the provisions of the Outer Space Treaty as they apply to the Moon and other celestial bodies.

Besides treaties with other countries, the US has its own departments that deal with space.

The United States Space Command: https://www.spacecom.mil/#/
The establishment of United States Space Command as the 11th combatant command demonstrates the critical importance America places on space. As the environment changes to reflect shifts in the geopolitical landscape, advances in technology, and new threats, space will remain a critical component of our way of life and to our national security. Our space truths are principles that reflect this enduring relationship. They will guide our military space operations through an increasingly complex environment and into an uncertain future.

United States Space Force: https://www.spaceforce.mil/
The U.S. Space Force (USSF) is the newest branch of the Armed Forces, established December 20, 2019 with enactment of the Fiscal Year 2020 National Defense Authorization Act. The USSF was established within the Department of the Air Force, meaning the Secretary of the Air Force has overall responsibility for the USSF, under the guidance and direction of the Secretary of Defense. Additionally, a four-star general known as the Chief of Space Operations (CSO) serves as the senior military member of the USSF and is a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

The USSF is a military service that organizes, trains, and equips space forces in order to protect U.S. and allied interests in space and to provide space capabilities to the joint force. USSF responsibilities include developing Guardians, acquiring military space systems, maturing the military doctrine for space power, and organizing space forces to present to our Combatant Commands.

Ok we have the “Space Command”, recently added, “Space Force” and International Treaties for space, but do we have treaties for our skies over the USA too!

Well our Federal law provides that the United States government has exclusive sovereignty of airspace of the United States and until recently we were part of, “The Treaty on Open Skies”, signed March 24th, 1992 under President George H. W. Bush.

The Treaty on Open Skies established a regime of unarmed aerial observation flights over the territories of its signatories. The Treaty was designed to enhance mutual understanding and confidence by giving all participants, regardless of size, a direct role in gathering information through aerial imaging on military forces and activities of concern to them.

Well that treaty allowed around 34 countries to fly highly equipped un-armed reconnaissance missions over the US. This includes Russia, but not China. The US also had the right to fly reconnaissance missions over those countries too, including Russia.

But we backed out of the treaty in 2020, and my guess it’s because of all the UFO activity we’re having recently. Due to social media and everyone walking around with a cell phone that can take pictures and videos, it’s a little harder to deny something unusual is flying around. With the many different social media sites, information is getting out to the public faster than ever and harder to suppress by any government.

On December 16, 2017, The New York Times reported on UFO incidents and published three videos, termed “FLIR,” “GIMBAL,” and “GOFAST” showing UFO/UAP type encounters by jets from Nimitz and Theodore Roosevelt.

Highly intelligent super advanced technology crafts are being monitored flying over the US by our military, and the information is going public. Who is it? ET? Or some unknown technology from another country? So what do we do?

Well… This!

December 20th, 2019
The U.S. Space Force (USSF) was established.

June 17th, 2020:
The Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 was ordered to be printed.

Note: The Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021, contains a segment called, “Advanced Aerial Threats”. In this segment the Committee directs the (DNI) Director of National Intelligence, to submit a report on the “airborne objects that have not been identified” that are flying over the USA.

August 4th, 2020:
The “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force” was established. Deputy Secretary of Defense David L Norquist approved the establishment and will lead the UAPTF.

Note: This task force will investigate UFO/UAP type sightings.

November 22, 2020:
The United States formally withdrew from the 1992 Open Skies Treaty! Russia also pulled out of the treaty in June of 2021.

Ok, under President Trump’s term, the US created an Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force, put a “clause” in the 2021 Fiscal Budget called the “Advanced Aerial Threat” segment directing the (DNI) to submit a report on “airborne objects”, created “Space Force”, then pulled out of the “Treaty for Open Skies”.

See a pattern?

By pulling out of the “Treaty for Open Skies”, the USA is keeping any possible advanced aeronautical technology from other countries from flying over the US. If the current UAP’s or UFO’s are from another country, then the US Military can “now” officially pursue the UFO’s in defense of the United States because there was no permission for the fly over.

Remember the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was created after 9/11 in response to the attacks. DHS is a cabinet-level department of the federal government charged with protecting the territory of the United States from terrorist attacks. UFOs/UAPs would be considered a threat

The US will not at this time say the unknown crafts that are being seen are Alien Technology, but will state they’re probably from a foreign country. But recently leaked information from the DNI about the UAPs/UFOs said, that it’s finding no evidence of extraterrestrial activity, but not ruling it out either.

This could be the first step to UFO Disclosure, or disclosure of highly advanced technology which we or another country already has that defies the Laws of Physics. Either way, this is going to be a Game Changer.

As a UFO/Paranormal Field Investigator, Chuck has been researching and Field Investigating the unknown for more than three decades. As an investigator, he’s appeared on radio and television shows discussing his investigations and had his own TV Show on the Travel Channel called, “Alien Highway”. Chuck approaches every investigation from a skeptical point of view looking for any known possibility before claiming otherwise. He also implements new and innovative field experiments from time to time to enhance his investigations looking for new evidence. Chuck runs his website, UFOnut.com.
